I had originally failed to tighten the spinner screw enough, and in the Texas wind, it flew off somewhere. I contacted Allegiance who promptly sent me a replacement screw with some spares to boot! Awesome flag and merchant! God bless America!

We looked in hardware stores but they didn’t have a match. I went on your website and found that it was so easy to order a replacement at a fair price in a timely manner. Thank you! Love you guys!
Hope they hold up!
The most beautiful flag I’ve ever seen. Thank you!
Thank you so much for the new spinners and set screws. I’m embarrassed to admit that I am flying an inferior quality flag, due to my budget restraints. We go through 3 flags a year, and can’t afford $85 every three months. The light weight flag doesn’t pull the spinners around the mast properly, so every other day, I have to get out my ladder and unwrap the flag.
Only thing this week today it's not waving stuck in a caught up state, had to manually open window to unwind it, wonder if because I shortened the pole by 6 " now it just happened a 2nd time, darn, reason why I was so happy with your flag that the spinners would not allow this to happen, but it happened twice today.
The screws fit perfectly and they worked out great. Thank you
I dropped a black screw into black mulch. I was able to hang this beautiful flag with two out of the three screw. I asked if you could send me one screw, so you sent me three. Thank you for the quick response and delivery of a very small item. But was so important to me.
Thanks to Brooklyn for the quick & great service. Flying proudly Joe Citro
We are very proud and extremely happy to have a 100% American product. We love the flag and Allegiance. I do hope they will offer white brackets at some point (our condo association requires white). Thank you Allegiance.
Gorgeous flag!! Looks great, love it!!
I used this flag at the 2026 WUSV Universal World Championship in The Netherlands for Team USA!
Such a great company! Thanks for wonderful American made products and helpful employees! My new flag is beautiful, the spinners make sure it always looks perfect!
Once I received the correct number of screws I was able to mount the flag holder on the porch to fly my flag. Pictures to follow.
Exactly what we were hoping for.
Great customer service!
Great flag with pole and spiners. Thank you very much.
Love it thanks.
USA! Made in the USA. Superior quality. What else do you need?
Great Flags!
A quality product made and distributed by an American company located in South Carolina. Customer service that is exactly what we should expect. Quality from all aspects of doing business with them.
Flag is flying proudly. Really holding up well to this South Texas wind. God bless America.
I get so many compliments on my flags. Another friend from the back of the neighborhood stopped by and wanted to take pictures of them to source the poles and hardware. I told him I’d just send the link so he could go directly to where I got everything. Great American company, support small business.
Super high quality American made spare parts that don’t compromise on either workmanship or materials. Love getting back to quality and dependability!
Received screws and also a new pole. Pole was not requested by me but was noticed in the requested photo of the screws. Thank you for both. With the new flag, pole and screws all is as good a new.
Tiffany was great. I had the replacement screws quickly and had my flag flying again
Well made product that has many uses Not just for flags and flag poles, brass is practical in many applications. From keys to cameras, cell phones, clutches, especially in the marine environment 😜 Camping, hiking, backpacking, keeping things organized.😉😜
Store owner replied: Hi David- Glad to hear you're finding so many great uses for them! Brass is definitely a versatile and durable choice. Thanks for sharing!
Great flags and hardware they held up fine when there were winds in excess of 25 mph.
Thank you for sending the two screws at no cost! Always excellent service. My flag is flying freely now with the new spinners an wooden pole. Looks great!
The customer service personnel were very helpful, prompt and courteous. Allegiance's products are of the highest quality, providing an excellent value to their customers. I'd recommend their company to anyone looking for the products that they offer.
After a rare devastating Tornado ripped through our yard the flag was still there. Hardware bent and broken but flag was still intact and flying. Your company came to the rescue with brand new hardware and a brand new American flag. Thank you so much. Above and beyond customer service and products.
Well made and good quality. Just needs minor maintenance yearly with wd40. I decided to sand and paint my stick white after 2yrs.
The quality is outstanding. I’m so proud to have a glamorous stars/stripes at my front door. Thank you Allegiance Team 🇺🇸
Being a Veteran, I proudly fly my flag. Not only is my Allegiance flag made with pride in America, the folks at Allegiance are top notch. Best customer service in the market
Excellent flags and incredible customer service! Very happy with my purchase.
I got a new flag to replace my old flag. My area is very windy in all 4 seasons and it handled it well but was retired. I get a lot of compliments over it especially that it’s American made by veterans!
I was a little hesitant at first because of the cost, but I got tired of always replacing cheap ones so I decided to give Allegiance a shot. No regrets at all. Their customer service is also incredible. I lost a set screw and they had a replacement out right away. I highly recommend their product. Great quality.
Best flag we’ve ever owned. In the last year we’ve had two get shredded from the winds since November. Not this one. Made well, flies extremely well and doesn’t get tangled. Thank you for this beautiful flag Allegiance.
I love my flag and I love my country. God bless America!
The flag looks greata! Thank you!
