What customizations do you offer
We offer custom logo patches on the grommet strip of our flags for a distinctive, branded touch. For single flags, you can elevate the presentation with our signature Allegiance triangle box, featuring a customized front insert displaying your logo and an interior liner that highlights your branding or personalized message.
Additionally, we provide an optional gift note with both Flag Sets and individual flags to create a thoughtful, memorable gifting experience.
For 3×5 American Flags:
- Custom patch with logo.
- Custom insert with printed text inside of the box.
Optional: Gift note (standardized message for all orders).
For 3×5 American Flag Sets:

Note: Inserts are not available for flag sets since they do not ship in triangle boxes.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes we do. There is a minimum order amount of 10 flags to qualify for a bulk gifting order with off the shelf Allegiance products. For customized Allegiance products through our Concierge service, the minimum order starts at 25 flags. The discount is tiered from there based on the volume of your order.

What is the lead time for corporate gifts?
Our team strives to ensure you receive your high-quality American made gifts as soon as possible. Off the shelf bulk orders will ship in 3-5 business days, and custom orders will ship in 3-5 weeks after final design approval and order placement by your team.
Can I ship to multiple recipients or addresses?
Absolutely. The Allegiance Gifting program was built to make multi-recipient gifting effortless. You can:
- Upload your recipient list using our provided CSV template (including names, addresses, and optional phone numbers).
- Or manually enter each address directly into the ordering portal.
- Once uploaded, you’ll see a preview of all recipients so you can review or make quick edits before submitting.
Our team will handle the rest, from packaging to tracking each shipment, ensuring every gift arrives with care.
Can I include a custom gift message?
Yes! If you are shipping directly to one or multiple addresses, you will have the option to add physical gift notes to your order. If you are sending e-gifts, you will have the option to send a gift note via text or email.
