Excellent customer service. My first pole arrived cracked. Replacement was sent right away at no charge. Second pole was warped. Replacement was sent right away at no charge. Third pole seems just right and is working well. All was handled very well and I’m happy to have a solid and straight pole for my flag!

I initially ordered my house mount flag set from allegiance because I saw their commercials on my favorite news outlet. Their patriotism really grabbed me mostly because everything they sell is made here in America. and then once everything arrived, I realized that the quality of the items they produce is second to none. Shortly after arrival I lost my flag pole in some straight line winds. When I called for a replacement and asked for a veterans discount, they told me that they were going to ship one to me free of charge. Grateful!! You won’t find a better company.
I bought both Poles and attachments and one flag and about to buy another and a very satisfied customer everything is made in the U.S.A!
After today I will write a glowing review but for this email I am enclosing 2 pictures of the spinners that I just removed (as I stated previously I am 82 yrs old and have very little help available to do some things on a timely basis so this is way overdue considering you have graciously replaced these spinners). For the life of me I will never understand why you would make a product out of metal that is absolutely going to rust. Yours were not the first spinners that I have purchaced that rusted. Absolutely love our Allegiance Flag 🇺🇸 We’ve had it for awhile and when one of the pieces broke and I emailed pictures to the company for a replacement part, not only did they send me the replacement part, but they noticed in my picture that the pole was cracking and sent a new pole! This flag pole and hardware makes the flag wrap around no matter what I do. The whole purpose of getting this from Allegiance is the quality of the product. I’m disappointed that it doesn’t work. I know that since I’ve hung it I can’t get a refund it I just want other buyers to know what they’ll get if purchasing this flag pole and hardware.
