Free shipping on all orders over $200. There is a standard shipping fee on orders under $200. Expedited shipping is available and rates are calculated at checkout.
Free and standard shipping usually takes anywhere from 5-10 business days, depending on your location. We ship to all 50 US states, and US military addresses.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Allegiance Flag Supply purchase, you can return your unused order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the item being delivered. We partner with Happy Returns, which has more than 9,000 locations nationwide for a quick and easy drop off, no packaging or printed return label required.

Our first season using this flag. I live in west-central Minnesota; no severe weather, just wind. The flag ripped, and the attachment that lets it move freely broke. This flag didn’t last any longer than a cheap flag I buy in a store. For the price, I expected much better quality, and hearing Chad Doss speak about it in his video raised my expectations even higher. After I posted my review and pictures, Allegiance emailed me to confirm my address so they could send a new flag free of charge. No questions asked. I highly recommend Allegiance and have so much respect for this company for standing behind their flags. Thank you, Allegiance, for great customer service. Cheryl B

The flag still tends to wrap around the pole and doesn’t unravel like you advertise.

Awesome flag I just replaced the flag I bought from Allegiance 3 years ago It was just a little faded but still a great flag Well worth the price
The flag is starting to fray after less than six months. Flag is brought in at night and when it rains. Flag is constantly wrapping around the flag pole (even though it’s not supposed to). I believe the top connection gets stuck. Not impressed with the product for the price.

These a quality flags that are made here. I'm not going to buy cheap imported flags from the big box stores again. This is my second purchase.

My flag keeps rolling up like this and I’m getting tired of getting out the ladder to unfurl it. Can you please tell me how to permanently fix this issue or send me a new flag?

I'm disappointed with this flag. We take it down before every storm & it now has tears in it. It will be appropriately retired & I won't buy another one.

After several hot summers, I retired our faded, made-in-China flag and replaced it with a vibrant American flag-made American flag for our American home!
