Free and standard shipping usually takes anywhere from 5-10 business days, depending on your location. We ship to all 50 US states, and US military addresses.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Allegiance Flag Supply purchase, you can return your unused order to our warehouse for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the item being delivered. We partner with Happy Returns, which has more than 9,000 locations nationwide for a quick and easy drop off, no packaging or printed return label required.

We take “handcrafted” seriously. Allegiance’s flags aren’t spit out of a big machine. Each of our flags are created by American hands, from beginning to end.
Finished with a double-coated polyurethane to protect them in the outdoor elements.
Heavy-duty spinners with ball bearings prevent your flag from wrapping around the flagpole.
A cast aluminum bracket paired with a Vermont White Ash flagpole ensures your flag will stay put.

This is a REAL American company with REAL people working customer service! I got in the site and started chatting with something I thought was AI generated. Much to my delight it was an actual person, yes you read that correctly! Believe it or not there are still some companies out there that have real people working. Many thanks for sending the flag! It flies proudly from the front of our house. My previous flag kept getting caught on the gutter of the portico above our front porch, so I had to extend the flag pole by 18" using part of an old pole and some PVC pipe. If you have a better idea, please let me know. Bret Gallaway
Very good quality. I had to get a different hooks to attach to pole as the flag is higher quality than our old one in that the binding is much stronger.

I debated the price a bit, but as I read about Allegiance, the quality, made in the USA, veteran company I decided to go ahead. I bought the 3x5 kit and had it up before the 4th. More than a month later, I was on the porch reading, and a stiff breeze extended the flag, and I noticed it was actually missing a star in the bottom row. I didn't notice it initially, so my bad.. I contacted Allegiance, because my Amazon return window expired, and I received a new one in a few days after exchanging emails with pleasant and professional people. As a retired builder, I know these things happen. But when they happen, it's how you respond. A+ on the flag and it's quality. A++ on the service and the attitude. You guys are great!
