I bought your spinners for a second flagpole, so that I wouldn't have to keep going out to unwrap the flag. You can see in the picture that they didn't work as expected.
I ordered these since it states the flag will not get twisted around the pole. These two photos were taken in two days. Hardly any wind at all (only one appears to be posting review). My husband gets the blower out to unwind the flag from the pole.
The swivel it self is too heavy for the flag to pull it back over center once it’s over the top of the pole! If the housing was lighter and the clips and connections points were as close as possible to the pole, it would give it more of a pull when it’s first starting to wrap up! I would like a refund on my hole order, proud American but not paying $215 for a flag that needs unwrapped every day!
For Christmas, I gave all four of the kids an American made flag. They were all extremely happy to own such a beautiful flag. One of the grandkids simply picked it up and sat there with the flag on his lap. I was so proud.
Love our American made flag. Though we had issues with one of our spinners to start out with, the company stend us new spinners and now the flag remains untangle. So, the product and the people are great!
The Allegiance Flag produces are outstanding, as is their customer service. These pictures show the consequences of my poor decisions. My printed Home Depot flag is so light weight, that it is not capable of pulling the spinners properly.
We go through 2-3 flags a year, and unfortunately buying a $85 flag every time, is not currently within our budget.
You sent new spinners and it still wraps around!
2 years ago I bought the same flag for my son his is fine .
He likes his flag but
I am very disappointed in mine .
Top quality product. Works exactly as described and I could not be happier. I've struggled for years with crappy foreign made flags and flag related items. Thank goodness that American made Allegiance is now available.
