Outstanding product. Everything is high quality and made to last. The embroidered stars really set the flag apart and the craftsmanship into the product really shows the pride Allegiance has. I fly my flag year round, day/night (lit), and live at high altitude where the sun is intense. Two years on and the flag is still in great shape- all stitching is good, nothing tattered or torn, very serviceable. The only reason I’m replacing it is due to the color fading over time- as can be expected due to the elements. Allegiance has my repeat business.

I love this product. It is Made in America. It is beautifully crafted of sturdy, quality design. I purchased this product because I wanted a quality product crafted in the U.S.A. I had purchased a similar product at a national DIY Home Improvement chain. The flag itself was fine, a beautiful product, however, the holding bracket was flimsy. If the flag blew in the wind, the bracket would bend under the strain and the flag would droop. But Allegiance Flag Supply offers a bigger beautiful flag with a sturdier mounting bracket. Of course, the Allegiance Flag Supply product was more expensive, but it has proven well worth the expense!

The order arrived quickly and looked great. You can feel the quality in the fabric and the pole is set up nicely. My pole had a small crack along the grain and caught the stitching on a star. I contacted customer service and received a response right away. They didn’t even ask to ship the first one back and shipped out a new flag and pole that same day!! The best flag ever! Looks great and flies perfectly. This is the first flag I've had that doesn't get all wrapped up around the pole and the rigid mount doesn't wobble like the other plastic ones do. Love the flag BUT it is so nice not to have to go and unwrap flag from around pole due to the wind. The ball bearings work extremely well. We live in a Dell Webb community and I would say 80% of the flags this morning were wrapped around their poles.
