The set came nestled and carefully packaged in a highly protective cylinder. The flag pole is nicely finished and high quality; however, the star is the bright colors and expertly stitched flag. We will treasure it for years, and the need to hang it in the garage during inclement weather inspired me to redesign all the hooks and hanging devices in my garage!

Hands down the finest quality components 2nd to none. I made a hasty decision about a year ago and bought a flag set from a competitor. It wasn't non-tangle as advertised. Love the flag; was a bit disappointed that you could not put a gift message with the purchase unless you paid a nominal fee to do it. In my humble opinion there should be no additional fees added for US servicemen gift messages.

I give allegiance flags a 7 star rating. The non-tangle flagpole feature is awesome, on other flags that I’ve owned the flag almost always gets rapped around the pole. The non tangle feature prevents this from happening. I’ll never buy a flag from the hardware store again!

You guys make a quality product but I have to make a suggestion to you.
Need better sealed bearings in the swivel brackets. I have had to break mine lose twice already in a month of use. Now, I live on the gulf coast and I get it. It’s a harsh environment. I love my flag. Would buy another tomorrow.
