Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern only the random-drawing portion of the RSM Giveaway campaign described below (the “Sweepstakes”). The Sweepstakes awards two (2) one-day terrace tickets to the 2026 RSM Classic plus a stipend as described herein. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. SPONSOR

The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Allegiance Flag Supply LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company with its principal place of business at 7600 Southrail Road, North Charleston, SC 29420 (“Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on September 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 5, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor's database clock is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, RSM US LLP, the PGA TOUR, Folds of Honor, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising/promotion agencies, together with the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and each of their spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members (whether related or not) of each such person, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. HOW TO ENTER

During the Entry Period, visit https://www.showallegiance.com/pages/sea-island-salute-to-service-giveaway and complete the entry form by providing a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Entry Period; additional entries from the same person or email address will be void. No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is required to enter or win, and no purchase or donation will increase an entrant's chances of winning. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, and entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or otherwise fail to comply with these Official Rules, are void.

5. WINNER SELECTION; ODDS OF WINNING

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative on or about October 6-8, 2026; Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. PRIZE; APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE

The winner will receive: (a) two (2) one-day terrace tickets to the 2026 RSM Classic at Sea Island, Georgia (for winner and one guest of winner's choosing, who must also be at least eighteen (18) years old), and (b) a cash stipend toward flight and lodging expenses in the amount of $4,000 (together, the “Prize”).

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $4,400.

The $4,400 figure supplied for this campaign is the value of the entire RSM Giveaway program (all four tickets plus both stipends), not the ARV of the two-ticket Sweepstakes prize alone. The Official Rules legally require the ARV of only what the Sweepstakes winner can win. 

Potential additional experiences — such as meeting Davis Love III, meeting tournament players, or walking the course inside the ropes during a round — may be offered to the winner at Sponsor's sole discretion, but are NOT guaranteed, are subject to player, tournament, and third-party availability and approval, and are not included in the stated ARV. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or withdraw any such add-on at any time without liability, and no marketing copy should describe an add-on as confirmed unless and until it is.

Actual value of the Prize may vary based on factors such as ticket market pricing and travel costs at the time the Prize is awarded; any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Except at Sponsor's sole discretion, no cash equivalent, transfer, or substitution of the Prize is permitted; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable by winner. Winner is responsible for expenses not specifically described above, including ground transportation, meals not covered by the stipend, and incidental costs.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided at entry, on or about October6-8, 2026 within one to three days after winner selection. The potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where lawful) Publicity Release within [3] days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, fails to timely respond or return the required documents, is found ineligible, or has otherwise failed to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner forfeits the Prize and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from remaining eligible entries or decline to award the Prize. Subject to this verification process, the winner will be announced publicly on or about October 6-15, 2026.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, RSM US LLP, the PGA TOUR, Folds of Honor, Sea Island Company, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate information; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention in the entry process; (d) late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries; or (e) injury or damage to any person's computer or mobile device relating to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including death, arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, or from travel to or attendance at the 2026 RSM Classic.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's and its designees' use of the winner's name, city/state of residence, photograph, voice, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide, without further payment, notification, or consideration, to the extent permitted by law.

11. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of the Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) to winner if required by law, reflecting the ARV of the Prize awarded.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and communicate with entrants, and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.showallegiance.com/policies/privacy-policy.

13. TRADEMARKS AND PARTNER ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

RSM CLASSIC®, the RSM Classic name and marks, and PGA TOUR® are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission. The RSM Classic is an Official PGA TOUR® Event. The Sweepstakes described in these Official Rules is administered solely by Sponsor; RSM US LLP and the PGA TOUR are not sponsors or administrators of the Sweepstakes drawing. Folds of Honor is a promotional partner amplifying this campaign and is not a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes.

14. DISPUTES; GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. As a condition of participating, entrants agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and any causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in South Carolina.
