1. Eligibility

The Allegiance $5K Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, other United States territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Allegiance Flag Supply (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any other entities involved in the administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Allegiance Flag Supply (“Sponsor”), located at:

Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these Official Rules.

3. Sweepstakes Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Friday, October 9, 2026, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) (“Entry Period”).

All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

Sponsor's computer systems will serve as the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, eligible participants may enter by visiting Sponsor's website at www.showallegiance.com and completing the official Sweepstakes entry form.

Entrants must provide all required information, including a valid email address and any additional contact information requested on the entry form.

There is no purchase, payment, or entry fee required to participate.

All entries must be submitted electronically through the official Sweepstakes entry form unless an additional entry method is expressly authorized by Sponsor.

Participation in the Sweepstakes does not require consent to receive promotional emails or text messages. Any optional marketing consent will be collected separately.

Incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. Entry Limitations

LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER EMAIL ADDRESS DURING THE ENTIRE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD.

Multiple entries submitted by the same individual using different email addresses, identities, or other methods will not increase the chances of winning and may result in disqualification.

Entries generated through automated systems, bots, scripts, or third-party sweepstakes entry services are prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.

6. Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded.

The Grand Prize consists of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000 USD) in cash.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $5,000 USD.

There will be only one (1) winner and one (1) prize awarded during the Sweepstakes.

The Grand Prize will be distributed by check, electronic bank transfer, or another payment method selected by Sponsor, subject to applicable law.

The Grand Prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another individual.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and receipt of the prize.

Sponsor may require the winner to complete and submit IRS Form W-9 and any other documentation necessary to comply with applicable tax reporting requirements before the prize is awarded. Sponsor will issue applicable tax reporting forms as required by law.

7. Winner Selection and Drawing

One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will take place during the week of November 2–8, 2026, and will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative.

The decisions of Sponsor regarding the drawing, eligibility, and administration of the Sweepstakes are final and binding, subject to applicable law.

The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with these Official Rules before being declared the official winner.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will notify the potential Grand Prize winner within fourteen (14) calendar days following the drawing, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, primarily via email.

The potential winner must respond to Sponsor's notification within five (5) calendar days of the initial notification.

Sponsor may require the potential winner to provide proof of identity, proof of eligibility, a completed IRS Form W-9, and an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release where permitted by law.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, fails to provide required documentation, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may disqualify that individual and select an alternate potential winner through a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.

This process may be repeated as necessary to award the Grand Prize, subject to applicable law.

9. Prize Fulfillment

Following verification of eligibility and completion of all required documentation, Sponsor will distribute the $5,000 Grand Prize within approximately thirty (30) days.

Sponsor is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the winner or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

No fees or purchases will be required from the winner to claim the Grand Prize.

10. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected in the random drawing.

Purchasing products from Sponsor will not increase the odds of winning.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, and likeness for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes without additional compensation.

Any additional participation in interviews, testimonials, photographs, or video content will be subject to applicable law and any required permissions.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, fulfill the Grand Prize, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.showallegiance.com.

Participation in the Sweepstakes does not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional email or SMS communications. Entrants may separately opt in to marketing communications where offered.

13. General Terms and Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits fraudulent entries, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted, or technically unsuccessful entries resulting from internet failures, website interruptions, software errors, or other technical difficulties beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated because of fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if appropriate, select a winner from eligible entries received before such action.

Sponsor will not arbitrarily withhold a prize from an eligible winner.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and representatives from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of the Grand Prize, except where prohibited by law.

14. Tampering and Fraud

Any attempt by an entrant or other individual to deliberately damage, tamper with, or interfere with Sponsor's website, the Sweepstakes entry process, or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil laws.

Sponsor reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies against any individual responsible for such conduct, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

15. Social Media Disclaimer

If the Sweepstakes is promoted on Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with those platforms.

Entrants understand that information submitted through the official Sweepstakes entry form is being provided to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.

16. Winner's Name and Official Rules

To request the name of the Grand Prize winner, once verified and where permitted by law, or to request a copy of these Official Rules, please contact:

Requests for the winner's name may be submitted within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

17. Governing Law

Except where otherwise required by applicable law, the Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
