This flag is worth the money. The seam where the grommets are is very sturdy. Much better then my last flag. Didn't understand when they were talking about their technology to make the flag waive better, but it really does. It isn't a totally flat piece of fabric, but designed to wave in the wind. It looks great doing it and doesn't require a huge gust to do so. Have had some good wind storms and no problem. The flag pole seems to shake less too.

Minor problem experienced with the flag and found their customer service OUTSTANDING!!!
Ann answered emails almost immediately and first sent along a series of steps to try and correct the minor issue and then sent a replacement set without blinking.

One of my spinners came apart in a sudden 80 mph wind gust while I was at work. Normally I bring in my flag but I missed the weather alert. I sent an email and asked about getting a replacement. When they say “bright colors” THEY MEAN IT! This flag is gorgeous and you can tell the quality is thorp notch and WELL WORTH THE MONEY!! I hesitated to invest in the brass fixings and am SOOO HAPPY I bought them!! They look amazing and I no longer have to constantly unwind our flag! The packaging is awesome too. No more tangled flags! I bought one set of these rings to try on my USA flag. We live in an area where it's very windy most of the time and we were constantly unwrapping our flags. I was researching for a new flag pole when I found these. I showed them to my husband and he agreed that because of the ball bearing design in these rings that should allow them to swivel (better than the plastic ones we had) and prevent the flags from wrapping. I was immediately impressed with the product when I opened the box seeing how durable they were constructed. Put them on and noticed a difference in the first day. Observed it for several days before ordering a second set for my state flag. I cannot say enough about how great these rings are if you have an issue with your flag getting wrapped around the flagpole.
