Throughout our Flags for Heroes campaign, we've had the privilege of learning about the incredible veterans who have served our country with courage and dedication. These stories, filled with sacrifice and resilience, serve as a powerful reminder of the true meaning of patriotism.

We are proud to honor Brian Cottell, a true hero whose dedication to service has touched many lives.

Story submitted by Amanda Razny “My brother, Brian is my hero. He enlisted in the Army in 2001 shortly before the tragedy of September 11th. Brian became a soldier in the 101st Airborne out of Fort Campbell, KY. He then completed 2 tours of duty in Afghanistan.; Followed by a European tour of duty before being honorably discharged after 8 years of service. He came home a different man. Brian has been a servant to the law since by being a police officer for his town in Tennessee. Brian is married and has 4 daughters that are his whole world. He enjoys hunting, fishing and nature photography."
